Meet the founder
Chuck has over 25 years of experience as a consulting and design engineer specializing in complex civil infrastructure projects. He began his engineering career with the Structures Division of the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT). Since joining the private sector in 1998, he has led numerous pipelines, road, bridge, and civil projects totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars in construction. As president of ELI, he is dedicated to growing the firm into a diversified and strong company, while promoting a culture that still offers meaningful personal interaction and growth opportunities throughout the organization.
