Human Resource Specialist

The Human Resource Specialist will support management in human resource-related tasks, such as: compliance with state and federal regulations, recruiting (including participation at external recruiting events and use of digital media, i.e. LinkedIn), interviewing, onboarding, development of position descriptions, employee conflict resolution, and other related tasks. The Human Resource Coordinator will also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide necessary support and materials as needed to meet the companies Vision, Mission and Values.  Candidates must be flexible team-players and have strong communication skills. Travel to ELI’s regional offices may be required from time to time.  The coordinator will report to the ELI leadership team based out of Nashville, TN.
