ELI’s History
ELI operations commenced in 2013 when its founders, Mr. Chuck Saunders and Mr. Michael Ray purchased the Nashville branch office of a successful regional engineering that opened around 2001. Mr. Saunders, ELI’s President, had taken over leadership of that branch office in 2006 until its purchase and transformation into ELI in 2013. Today, ELI has offered professional engineering services to the southeast and mid-Atlantic for over 15 years. With a desire to share their own experiences and resolve complex problems with simple principles, ELI’s leadership team set out to build a company forged from a committed staff with diversified skills and a commitment to provide its clients professional engineering services with a remarkable quality. ELI strives to create opportunities for individuals to grow, and thrive, on a personal and professional level while serving a diverse growing infrastructure client base.
Due to the unavoidable decline of the county’s aging existing infrastructure and coupled with remarkable regional growth, ELI continues to expand by adding talented professionals serving clients throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic. ELI’s clear vision is to be a regional leader in infrastructure market. ELI is committed to a business operational model that promotes and rewards diligence and diversity of skills in individuals, so that it can be corporately responsive to the marketplace.
